Neal Nellans
CEO
After a thriving career in many different interactive software companies, Mr. Nellans founded Tiny Utopia with Over 20 years of Professional 3D art experience, specializing on technical direction, VFX, and rendering optimization for interactive mobile, PC and console based projects. Available for consultation on projects of all sizes.
Mr. Nellans was approached by Steven Spielberg to work first at Dreamworks SKG and then Electronic Arts on an Original WWII video game which later became known as Medal of Honor. He continued to work on the first three Medal of Honor titles developing 3D environments and multiplayer level design.

David J. Ballard

Since joining Tiny Utopia, Mr. Ballard has played a crucial role in the continued success of the company. He has delivered successful products from inception to release on a wide range of technologies, from mobile apps to PC-based VR experiences.
